  7.      I, Armand Swizzlestick, residing at Oka Humpka, Hawaii, being
  8. of sound mind and in the contemplation of the certainty of death,
  9. do hereby declare this instrument to be my last will and
  10. testament.

  16.     I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils.

  38. If none of my designated beneficiaries survives me, I give all the
  39. rest and residue of my estate to Edgar Edison, Frank Finagle. If
  40. neither Amanda Ackerman, Beatrice Beedle, Cynthia Crawdad, Dieter
  41. DesMoines nor Edgar Edison, Frank Finagle, survives me, I give
  42. all the rest and residue of my estate to my heirs as determined by
  43. the laws of the State of Hawaii, relating to descent and
  44. distribution.

  50. to serve without bond. Should Gaia Gregory be unable or unwilling
  51. to serve, then I appoint Henrietta Harrison to act as the executor
